At JFWSTUDIOS, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, custom digital website design services tailored to each client’s unique vision. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our work, JFWSTUDIOS maintains a strict No Refund Policy.

1. Custom Work

All services provided by JFWSTUDIOS are custom-built and created specifically for each client. Once a project has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the final deliverables or a change of mind.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely communication, required content, and necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Delays, lack of responsiveness, or incomplete input from the client may impact timelines and outcomes. Refunds will not be provided for delays or dissatisfaction resulting from insufficient client participation.

3. Payments & Deposits

All payments made to JFWSTUDIOS, including deposits and full balances, are non-refundable. Submission of any payment constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of this policy.

4. Revisions & Scope

Each design package includes a defined number of revisions as outlined in the agreed-upon scope of work. Requests for revisions or changes outside the original project scope may result in additional charges. JFWSTUDIOS will make reasonable efforts to ensure satisfaction within the limits of the agreed services.

5. Early Termination

If a project is terminated prior to completion—whether by the client or by JFWSTUDIOS due to a breach of terms—no refunds will be issued for work completed, time invested, or resources allocated up to the termination date.

6. Digital Product Policy

All services rendered by JFWSTUDIOS result in the delivery of digital products and assets, which are non-returnable by nature. Upon delivery of any final files, credentials, or digital materials, the project shall be deemed complete and non-refundable.
